Burton is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Burton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The employees are merely conversing with one another and are not at their designated stations. I waited for 38 minutes in order to find an employee who could assist me with sending money via Western Union. From now on, it's Meijer!

Everything was great. I had to go to the bathroom snd a man was cleaning it. He finally came out so I could go to the bathroom real quick , I came out and said thank you very much instead of saying your welcome he stated I have to go to work and know I am behind. It was very nice he came out so I could use the bathroom. But then he was rude

Absolutely deplorable service. Waited over 45 minutes for someone in "maintenance" to come and fix the bottle return. Asked several other employees to help... every single one refused with that is not my job. There was a line of people waiting. Where was the store manager? When asked for I got the run around on that as well. Unfortunately the bottles I had were 80% their store brand or I would have gone somewhere else. Do better Walmart and their lazy employees.

This revewr is for this location only. 3 cashier's out of 16 laines, 3 self checkouts working if you want to call them working. Out of the OTC vitamins I wanted, every other Walmart I go to always has them in stock. Picked up a grill brush from the box on display with the price and QR code on the shelf and the item only to be told at checkout that I can't buy it because it doesn't exist, huh??? Come on Walmart Burton Michigan. Do better, be better!

My review has nothing to do with the store because I've had so many bad experiences here with employees being rude. However, two employees stood out to me with their exceptional kindness. The door man seen the situation I was in trying to do a return. After he witnessed another employee be rude to me, he went out of his way and got a manager for me. I'm sorry I did not get his name but he was truly a wonderful worker and person. The second Walmart employee who stood out to me was the Manager Kay! She made my daughter's night! She doesn't even know how much my child and I appreciate her. She deserves a raise because she is an amazing lady and her customer service is remarkable. Thank you Kay for everything, I wish more people in this world were like you.
